
Chrome:

Open Chrome.

Click on the three dots on the far top right.

Choose Settings.

Click Advanced, then click Languages.

Click on Languages to expand the setting. Once the setting expands, click on the three dots next to your preferred language (or, you may need to add a language), and then tick the checkbox next to Display Google Chrome in This Language.
Safari:

Open Safari.

Click on the apple icon at the top left.

Choose System Preferences.

Double click Language & Region.

Under Preferred Languages, add your preferred language.

After you add a language, you will be asked if you like to use this language as your primary language. Choose the language you would like to use.

You may need to restart Safari for the changes to take place.
Edge:

Open Edge.
-
Click on the three dots on the far top right.

Choose Settings.
-
Click Languages.
-
Click Add Languages and add your language.

On your language, click the three dots and choose Move to the Top, and check Offer to translate pages in this language.
Firefox:

Open Firefox.
-
Click on the three lines on the far top right.

Choose Preferences.
-
In the Language section of the General panel, choose a language in the drop-down menu.

Choose your preferred language for displaying pages.
-
You may need to restart Firefox for the change to take place.
If you are using a mobile device, you can change the default language in your device’s settings.
