Drinking water, however, is encouraged!
 

What does this screen for?

Total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, thyroid stimulating hormone, glucose, blood pressure, pulse, BMI and a health risk assessment.  Instant  results and educational information are available.

 

How much does is cost?

Free with proof of insurance (except Medicaid). Most private insurance companies (BCBS, Midlands, United Health, etc.) cover the cost of screenings under preventative services with no co-pay.

 

Do you fast prior to screening?

Yes, fasting for 10 to 12 hours is recommended. Screenings should be scheduled prior to the workday.

 

How long does the health screening process take?

About 10 minutes per person.   The stations are check in, height & weight, blood pressure and lab work.

 

Will my results be shared with my company?

No, your information will be confidential. Maintaining the privacy and security of your personal health information is at the center of LBPHD’s core values. The company profile provide to your business will not include any specific names just percentages as a whole.
